Playing your c/d tonight while cooking & eating dinner, I was struck by what a great album this is! So much fun to listen to. You fellas should be VERY PROUD of yourselves!

A little over a year ago my wife and I booked Gertrude's Hearse in La Conner, WA for our rehearsal dinner party. There really isn't any other way to put it except that these guys freaking rock. Not only is the music great but the vibe and energy they put out into the crowd is just downright fun. Looking at our pictures we can't help but laugh at how the undertaker hat ended up in so many pictures as well the shots where the band played the "you're pretty alright" spoof song that was absolutely hysterical. When you book a band for such a special night and where you're nervous about bringing together over 150 people, many of which you haven't seen in quite some time, and making sure they all have an unforgettable evening, this is the kind of band you hope you've paid for and then some.

We are so so happy with everything about the wedding, and mostly the music, I had almost no plan at all and you just handled it, thank you for the timing, the tunes, and your overall presence. You guys seriously rocked and we listened to the CD the whole way back to Cali. Can't wait to see you down here live!!
